  • Return Policy - You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, in its original packaging, and you will need to provide your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. To start a return, please contact us at ninisgifts@gmail.com with the order number and reason for the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will email you with an authorization number if your item is within our return policy. Returns will need to be sent with the return authorization number in the package to the following address: 41692 N Circle Dr., Antioch, IL, 60002.  Once we receive the item approved for return, your original form of payment will be credited in full for the item.   • Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos help us process your request. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
